This camp is designed for our youngest campers! Any child who graduated from Thorne Nature Preschool this past spring is eligible to participate in this camp.
Sprouts Camp bridges the gap between Thorne Nature Preschool and Thorne Camp, preparing campers for kindergarten and beyond. Days follow a familiar preschool rhythm while gently introducing a camp-style schedule—with more group activities and no designated nap time. Led by Thorne’s full-time preschool teachers and joined by familiar TNP friends, campers build confidence in the outdoors while connecting with peers and getting excited for what’s next.
A Typical Camp Day
8:45-9:00 am - Check-in
9:00-9:30 am - Welcome Circle and Morning Rituals
9:30-10:30 am - Snack, All-Camp Gathering and Exploration
10:30-12:00 pm - Themed Activity
12:00-12:45 pm - Lunch
12:45-1:15 pm – Themed Activity
1:15-2:00 pm – Nature Playground Exploration
2:00-2:30 pm - Themed Activity
2:30-3:00 pm - Closing Circle and End of day reflection
3:00-3:15 pm - Check-out
