At Birds, Bugs & Beyond camp, curious young naturalists will dive into the world of winged wonders and tiny crawlers while learning about the ecosystems they call home. Through hands-on activities, guided nature walks, birdwatching, and creative crafts, campers will uncover the hidden secrets of where they live. Perfect for kids who love to explore, ask questions, and get a little muddy; this camp is where adventure meets discovery!

Campers will practice noticing local birds and bugs and be given the tools to form an appreciation for their local ecosystem and all its parts.

At Camp, We Will…

  • Learn how to use binoculars, magnifying glasses, and field guides to identify local birds and bugs

  • Have one hour to learn from Nature’s Educators and a visit from four birds of prey animal ambassadors!

  • Play games to understand how bugs and birds interact with their environments

  • Discover and create bug homes and bird nests throughout the week
