Boulder Summer Camps

Outdoor Day Camps | K through 6th Grade

Registration Opens 1/21/26

Join Thorne at our Boulder summer camps for an enriching, fun-filled summer spent exploring the outdoors.

Based at Mountain View United Methodist Church in South Boulder, Thorne campers build confidence, forge friendships, and connect with nature through active, hands-on exploration and play.

Our Boulder site offers unique outdoor learning spaces, including an on-site pond, a surrounding forested area, and a shady field framed by mature trees—perfect for imaginative play, science investigations, and creative discovery. Campers also enjoy quick access to the East Boulder Trail system, opening up opportunities to explore nearby natural areas.

Each camp offers a distinct experience, with site-based programs enriched by engaging guest visitors such as Nature’s Educators and Jeff Kagan of the musical duo Jeff & Paige. From science experiments and nature games to muddy discoveries and quiet moments by the pond, every day is filled with opportunities to learn, play, and make summer memories that last.
